Based on the number of licenses, locations, chosen modules (AI Agents, HR Mini Apps, Flip Flows), optional add-ons, and the agreed contract term.

How can the modules be added? +

HR Mini Apps are booked per use case/system (e.g., absence, shift plan, payslip, time tracking). Flip Flows come as a package with 5 connected + 5 disconnected flows (expandable). AI Agents are offered as a complete package.

Is a pilot project possible? +

Yes. We support a light pilot to validate impact, reach, and process fit in everyday use. Typical flow: kick-off, setup, selected use cases, go-live with one site/team, enablement, and KPI review. Duration: a few weeks; scope/conditions agreed in the initial conversation
