A passkey is a cryptographic key stored on the employee's device, linked to their biometrics (Face ID or Touch ID). Unlike a password, it never leaves the device and can't be phished, guessed, or reused. When an employee logs in, their device confirms their identity locally - nothing sensitive is ever transmitted.
Admins can instantly revoke access for a lost or stolen device from the Flip admin panel. Because passkeys are device-bound, a lost phone doesn't expose any credentials.
