Across 300 sites in 28 countries, consistent communication for frontline workers was not straightforward. Most branch employees had no company email address. Updates arrived through notice boards. EUROPART now uses Flip to unify communication, onboarding, and knowledge management across its entire network. Before the rollout, the key challenges were:
Notice board communication. Branch staff in logistics and sales received operational updates through physical boards. There was no way to confirm who had seen what, or when.

Ideas travel from the shop floor to implementation. A dedicated ideas-and-improvements channel gives every employee a structured way to submit suggestions — with photos, documents, and video. More than 150 ideas are submitted each year, and the implementation rate stands at 98%.
New starters are guided from day zero. Flip Flows automates the full onboarding journey. A digital onboarding bot greets new employees on day one and walks them through admin, compliance, and company culture. The experience runs in up to six languages. Managers receive automated prompts to prepare for each new arrival before they walk through the door.
Routine questions get answered without interrupting a manager. The EP Wiki and Ask AI give every employee real-time access to product data, responsibilities, and templates. Answers are in their pocket before they even think to ask.
