The IoIC Festival 2026 is an award-winning, two-day event designed for internal communication (IC) professionals to collaborate, learn, and redefine the industry landscape. Set against the backdrop of the Warbrook House in the Hampshire countryside on Wednesday 6 and Thursday 7 May, this festival offers a unique, attendee-led experience.

Speaking Session | 7 May 2026 | 12:50 - 01:30 PM

From segmented to seamless: Building a connected employee experience for everyone

Fragmented tools and disconnected channels slow down workforce transformation and make it harder for employees to feel informed, connected, or valued. That matters because 33% of frontline employees say poor communication impacts their work quality and productivity.

This session explores how APCOA enabled enterprise-wide transformation through a single, mobile-friendly digital home that brings leadership closer, increases participation, supports wellbeing, and strengthens connection across teams.

Three takeaways from the session:

  1. How to replace fragmented channels with one accessible, inclusive communication platform

  2. Ways to drive engagement, participation, and two-way conversation at scale

  3. What it takes to deliver fast, effective enterprise transformation without compromising employee experience

Speakers:

Kate Kotiou - Head of Enterprise - Talent & Learning and Development, APCOA Group Ltd.
Trecilla Lobo - SVP People, Flip
